When will you ship my order?
If you order today, your first box will ship within 2-4 business days. If you're a subscriber, your order will renew when each new box comes out: March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, and December 1st
How long will it take to arrive?
Items typically take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. We'll email you tracking information as soon as your shipping labels are prepared!
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship our products to residents within the USA.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only customers who purchase items in the state of Massachusetts will be charged sales tax. Tax amounts are based on your shipping location and vary by county. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.
When will I be charged?
Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout.
Orders and Subscription Management
How can I check my order status?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order! After creating a new store account, login and click “My Account” at the top of the page. There, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view an order, or pay. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
Can I change my subscription?
Sure! First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order! After creating a new store account, login and click "Manage Subscription". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, cancel, or reactivate your subscription. You can also access "Manage Subscription" from your order confirmation email!
How do I track an order?
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" section after you've created an account. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
Can I order a single product from one of your kits?
Currently, kit customization is unavailable. But you're welcome to check out what individual products we have surplus of by navigating through our shop menu and exploring the different sections there for chews, toys, gear, and more!
My dog has allergies. How can I be sure the treats in the kits are safe?
When ordering one of our kits, you have the option to add notes to your order. If your pup has sensitivities, let us know there or contact us through the "Contact Us" page and we'll do our best to accommodate your pup's needs. You may also check our box product pages and read through descriptions of boxes before you buy. We update these each month. We will always list what type of treats we're carrying in each box, and will note if there are common allergens present.
